The 2024-2025 CDC fees are as follows based on the class the child is enrolled in. All fees are annual fees and are non-refundable.

The following forms must be completed and returned to the CDC office prior to admission:
Forms must be kept current.
The center must be notified in writing of any changes in address, telephone numbers, email or parent work information.
No changes may be made by phone.
